Jon "Che" Lolley has been a Tai Chi and Yoga teacher since 2000. He holds a Black Belt in Shotokan Karate-do and was a National Karate Champion (AAU) and Junior Olympic Silver Medalist.
Che is a Certified Fitness Trainer through NASM, a CPR & First Aid Instructor (Red Cross), and holds an E-RYT 500 designation with Yoga Alliance.
With over 25 years of teaching experience, Che has guided children, seniors, athletes, and individuals with physical and mental challenges. His program focuses on mind-body health and well-being rather than traditional warrior training — helping students move better, breathe deeper, and feel more grounded.
